I recently made a move from Phoenix to Los Angeles and while I would have loved to do the move myself I just had way too many belongings to handle that kind of transport. I called around and got a few quotes but I was sort of getting mixed feelings and a lot of expensive quotes from the companies I contacted. I'll be honest and say that it was VERY frustrating. It's just not easy to find a moving company that will give you straight forward answers or prices. This company performed to a quality level 5. However I gave them a 4 only because of customer service. Let me share a "solution" with you - only use one specific customer service representative for all of your needs. Somehow I ended up talking to numerous customer service representatives and critical information was not passed on between each representative. The bridge size limitations on my road prevented them from picking up my shipment - only because that information was not passed through the system. HOWEVER, THEY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND of my down payment! That is significant. I would use them again but stick with one customer service representative to ensure your complete satisfaction.
They made my move the worst experience. They contract out to other companies to move your belongings. The personnel is rude and they were late. I missed the closing of my house. They scraped the walls with my furniture. When I mentioned it they blamed me. Of course it was my fault. I bought the mattress bag that made the mark on the wall! And if you plan to store your belongings try and get them back when you actually relocate. Trinity is no help.

Her estimated quote was very close to the actual cubic ft. taken up in the truck. I did try to give her the most detailed list of our itemss, updating it as I added or withtook some things. The movers that came were very efficient and kind, a very smooth move out of our 2 bdr condo. We moved from Miami to North Atlanta and our belongings arrived very quickly, 3 days later. We have moved frequently and this is one of the better experiences we have had.
I got the biggest bunch of bull from this company. Brian the salesman, offered discounts which sounded great. I was quoted a price from them,, but the actual company that shows up to do the move quadrupled it. Every time I try to contact Brain,I got no response.I left several messages and I still have not heard back from him. He is nothing but a con-man I have been here in Florida for over a month now and still waiting for my furniture. Whatever you do do not use this company, mark my words. I was going to wait till I had my stuff to complain, but I could not hold back any longer. This is the worst company I have asked to help me relocate to a new home. They called themselves a relocation company; however, what they actually do is to find another company to move your things. In other words, this company charges money from you and also get a commission from another firm. They only look for a moving company that pays them well and not for the quality of that moving company. Trinity Relocation Group takes no responsibility whether your stuff is lost along the way or your moving schedule is messed up.
