This means any details Trinity provides as to pricing and timing should be confirmed by the actual company that will be performing the service prior to moving day. Special attention should be paid to the way the moving company calculates the cost—some companies use weight while others go by cubic feet, which would require customers to measure every item to receive a more accurate quote.

I have a lot to say so I suppose I will start from the beginning. The front desk staff at Trininty Relocation Group is excellent. They are great communicators and highly knowledgeable about what goes into a cross-country move. If you have questions, they have answers. They also are very upfront about costs and travel time. Other companies I have reached out to in the past have made it very difficult to get information from them but when I called Trinity Relocation I genuinely felt like they were trying to help. I hired Trinity Relocation Group for a move on 5/16/20. I was sent a group of 3 movers to tackle my 3 bedroom house. They were highly skilled, very fast, and extremely efficient. My experience really was incredible. They did all of the packing, loading, moving, and furniture assembly that we needed. My family and I didn't have to lift a finger. I would highly recommend using this crew. Next time you move you should really consider this company. They made a lasting impression on me and I'm more than happy to recommend them.

My belongings were delivered today and I have to say I am very pleased with the moving experience we had with Trinity. From the booking process with Jack who did a FaceTime walk though with me, the 4 movers who arrived to pack and load, and the customer service reps Tracey and Sady who helped me schedule my delivery. I had no damages and everything went extremely smoothly. I couldn’t ask for a better moving experience. I have moved more then a handful of times and Trinity exceeded my expectations.

Neil my sales rep helped me every step of my booking process and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I also spoke with customer service several times throughout my move and all my questions were answered promptly. Great Stuff!

Trinity customer service was great as well as the moving crew who arrived to move me. 4 guys came and worked quickly and were very kind and helpful. Delivery took a few days to get me from FL to PA
