called got a quote. $2045 for 15 boxes,etc. I kept the reservation. made a deposit . wasted a lot of valuable time. then they said they couldn't do it. we made a reservation with payment and they broke it at the last minute. now we have to figure out if we going to get our payment back.

I hit a few hiccups with my move. I called their customer service and Sadie went above and beyond. Moving is very stressful for me, and Sadie and Trinity Relocation Group held my hand through the entire process!

I used Authority Moving Group to move my mother into my home a few months ago. They really impressed me. I hired them to do all the packing and moving of her things and they did a great job. This is one of the best moving companies I have ever worked with. The crew of guys were really amazing. My mother even had some last minute requests abut the way things were packed and handled and they managed to accommodate her. The guys has a great attitude and really made her feel comfortable. This is a such a professional company. If I or a loved one ever needs to move again I will absolutely be hiring them.

Due to my job I have had to move several times over the last two years. I try to keep my personal belongings minimal to accommodate but I still have too many things to fit in my sedan and move myself. The moves are also often long distance which would make driving them rather difficult. The first time I had to relocate I used a different company, one that will remain nameless because I don’t like bad mouthing anyone but let’s just say they left a lot to be desired. Awful experience. Trinity relocation are scammers. Their quote called binding but does not mean anything. The y do not take responsibility for their quote at all. It does not mean anything really. They also do not take any responsibility for their actions.

These are hands down the best movers I have ever used. I have moved with them twice previously and this was the 3rd time. Their team has been friendly and courteous each time I have worked with them. Though I’ve gotten different groups of movers I always have a positive experience and they are always respectful and kind. I had no damage to my belongings either. I feel like that’s pretty much unheard of when you’re doing a long distance move. After having so many consistent positive experiences there’s no one else I would use for a move.
