Jerry Gaiters, the technician who performed our service today, was very effective and efficient. He texted beforehand, responded to my text, and let us know exactly what he did and what treatment he used. He was friendly and professional.

The technician was very nice but I don't feel he spent enough time thoroughly spraying the home. I know I told him to not worry about the backyard as I would reschedule and someone is coming today to do that but it really took him very little time to spray and I am not sure if he got all of the spots I wanted him to get. I of course couldn't follow him around the house I was working but thankfully if I start to see a problem with bugs I will call someone else out.

Nick made it a point to let me know he was here and doing his treatment for my yard. He was professional, positive and pleasant and manner he’s welcome in my yard all the time. He also made it a point to ask if I had any issues and I did discuss one that we considered not an issue at the moment, but it was good to do this for me.

The service was all good. One thing, I think we should mention. Following completion of said service, the technician called (from our drive to tell my wife he was on his way to our house to do the service. She said to him that the service had already been done and the van was (in fact) still in front of our house. He sounded confused and said he would check on that and get back. FYI: at that time she did not know who from your company was calling. Next he called back again from the same phone # with the same statement that he was on the way.
