Our intial service was not good. We had a young tech that must not have known much about this and sprayed the house and left. We still had major issues for 3 weeks. We were able to discuss with the office and they sent another tech today- I cannot speak on results yet, however I can speak on Our tech *Eric* ! This was the type of guy you wanted coming out. He knew EVERYTHING. He walked us thru what was happening, why it was happening and how to fix it. He took time to ensure we knew where the main issue came from and what to look for. He mentioned that he had been doing this for many years and it showed. I really wish we could choose to only work with Eric, as that is the only type... Read More

Horrible, waste of money. I have 3 children and in this house where their service was done . we see spiders millipedes etc etc everyday. Complete waste, we will see if any cancellation or refund happens or even a retreat til it is effective. This is snake oil and I have heard from neighbors the using strong arm tactics in the billing dept.
