Tony DeAlba was our service technician today, and he was very professionally pleasant in his demeanor from the very start. We had never really needed indoor services until now, due to several scorpion encounters, and Tony kindly completed that service in addition to the routine outdoor services. Thank you, Mr. DeAlba!!!

Wasp nest front eaves. My expectation for this service is the spider webs will be cleaned off. I was told when I signed up for this service a brush would be used. Is this not the case?

Liann was at my house for all of 7 minutes. He said I’ll have to reschedule for the front area to be done because if he sprays it, it will leave black streaks. When he came to the door he asked if I wanted the inside done and I said yes. He didn’t do it. When he came back and I asked about it, he said nothing needed to be done inside, everything was outside. I do not think that $144.00 is a reasonable cost for so little being done. I am going to check around and find out how I get out of the contract so I don’t have to deal with your company.

By far one of your best technicians. Actually listened to my problem areas and concerns and addressed the problem areas in my house and back yard. Even went around and de-webbed the areas, where past techs NEVER did this and even left webs that were in plain sight. Please give this man a promotion!

Linda did a great job on my service. She contacted me before she arrived which I really liked. Linda listen to all my trouble spot and was concerned about taking a look at those spots and treated that area. She informed me on the bugs that were at my home and explain in detail how and what they can do. Made me feel the job was well done. Thank you hope she can come back in December
