I tried to call the technician several times and no answers. I texted. No answer. I read the report and he stated the treatment for nests and wasps in the front yard. My son was attacked and stung in the backyard. I mentioned that the nests could be in the backyard or near it. Right side. Based on lack of responsiveness, I cannot rate the service with 4 or5 stars.
