When the technician arrived we were on our way to the house. He rang the bell and I answered and I told him if he can wait for 5min and someone will be on his way. The tech decided to go around the house and when my wife got there; my wife asked him if he can spray the inside of the house. He refused and told her that the time is up. That each house has a time limit and our time is up and he left. This is really unexpectable. My wife is questioning my decision for hiring Aptive and I should've hired a different company.

Kevin did a wonderful job! He really examined the terrain to find out what is happening that the fleas are so intense! He witnessed the fleas jumping on himself n myself. It’s crazy! I got home tonight at 12:30am n the fleas were all over me from my driveway n porch...of course got in the house n started picking each one off my legs. They r still alive...service was between 5n 6pm n they r not dying!

Wasps nest left on ground with dead and live wasps. I cleaned up myself tonight because no one came to clean up after I reported it to you. The door of my shed was hanging off track after tech sprayed inside the shed. The area behind my shed still had spider webs. Looks like tech did not treat the area. Not satisfied with service.

He was amazing he took his time and explained what he was spraying for... He also took his time to look through insects because I wasn't sure what insect I saw. And if there is any way that I can always have him as my technician that would be amazing

Shawn Gruebele stumbled across an unknown wasp nest & got stung on his lip. He said he was going to spray some "powder" on the nest but wasn't able to get close enough. Said he would recommend a wasp guy come suited up to take care of it. We are having outside work done soon & would like to have this issue cleared up by then(2 weeks). Please contact us = Dennis T.
