Wasn’t too impressed about technician showing up way past business hours. It was 7:30pm when technician showed up. With a baby in the house and a dog barking. That causes many disturbances in the house hold. I spoke about spiders in the tree and how that was a concern of mine. I didn’t see any spraying on the tree or in the grass areas, such as front and back yard I didn’t see get sprayed or didn’t read about it in the description. When sold this product I was told each lawn was going to get sprayed. I haven’t seen that happen it.

I had requested a in home spraying via telephone and it didn’t happen? My wife was bit by a scorpion in the house and a week later I saw another inside? Tech didn’t knock and ask to enter and spray.

The technician was extremely rude and incompetent. He showed up at 6:30pm on the evening when the appointment was supposed to be in the afternoon. He didn't treat the areas properly and accused us of bringing bugs inside by leaving the front door ajar for a few minutes. Was busy talking on his phone half the time not doing any work. Was unable to answer basic questions on his procedure for pest control.
