I don’t not give this a 3 star but I couldn’t select a lower rate as it wouldn’t allow me too! I give this a one star!My husband and I waited for Aptive to show up for services we had our front door open waiting for him to finish the front so he could come inside and spray the house and the back yard! Before we k owe it he was here for 5 minutes and then we saw him drive away he didn’t bother to knock or ring the door bell! I’ve called and apparently even though a sales rep named Rivers England said someone will return to finish the job! It’s now almost 4pm and we cNt wait all day! We need to cancel services immediately and not be charged a payment we are very unhappy with the services... Read More

Steven did a great job treating the sugar ants that had invaded my house. He was very patient and located the source of the problem and spread extra bait. He also can within the time frame I was told and was very professional.

Only outside work was done, not eaves if they mean inside and not the garage as claimed.

Did not ring doorbell did not came to front door I have cameras at no point he came near the house he parked outside I'm his truck and never got out
