I’m usually happy with your service but this morning I went out to my front porch to clean windows and found 2 big spider webs that were never cleared from the porch. I also DID NOT notice any beads on the pavers in the back year when in past visits they always laid those beads down. I was not home during the most recent visit 2 days ago. A little disappointed😩

I don’t not give this a 3 star but I couldn’t select a lower rate as it wouldn’t allow me too! I give this a one star!My husband and I waited for Aptive to show up for services we had our front door open waiting for him to finish the front so he could come inside and spray the house and the back yard! Before we k owe it he was here for 5 minutes and then we saw him drive away he didn’t bother to knock or ring the door bell! I’ve called and apparently even though a sales rep named Rivers England said someone will return to finish the job! It’s now almost 4pm and we cNt wait all day! We need to cancel services immediately and not be charged a payment we are very unhappy with the services... Read More
