When your representative was here Thur I explained I would not be home today(Fri) and scheduled your service for Sat when I was going to be home. I arrived home this evening and found a card in my front door saying your service had been at my home today not tomorrow as we had discussed. Therefore I can’t comment on the quality of your service or representative since I was not home.
