Very nice and knowledgeable. Very thorough. Told me precautions with kids and pets. Would definitely recommend him
I had to leave before the technician arrived so I left him a note detailing the areas we were having recurring issues with. He not only treated our recurring ant issue but took care of a few other things he saw while he was here. I've been a very satisfied Aptive customer for several years. Technicians are always prompt, knowledgable & courteous. I appreciate their service.
Michael arrived within the time specified. He reviewed my contract to make sure I was aware of what I was agreeing too. He was very polite and informative and most importantly he was thorough. Really appreciate the level of professionalism.
Cameron was on time and friendly. He took off his shoes even though he didn’t have to and was very considerate. He explained what he was doing and why. He gave us tips as to what could possibly be the reason for increase in ants. He noticed I had a bearded dragon and was very aware and accommodating to my animals.

The technician was supposed to take the webbing on the outside down and the bee/wasp nest down and we asked him to. He said to give him our broom hes not using his tools for that not completing his job n being unprofessional. There's still a nest and webs all over. Can you please come back to complete the job? Technician did not complete the job and I won't pay it due to it being an unsatisfactory experience

Very efficient technician! He spayed inside and outside the kitchen and left baits for the ants. Hopefully, my ant problem is taken care of now!
I’m not sure the specific locations that were treated? There are still a ton of ants that were there still going in and out of the foundation. I’ll give it a day or two but from the looks of it I do not see and evidence that it was treated. I do notice that the wasp nest is down, but it looks like it was smashed onto my porch causing the ants to come eat the dead wasp? I’m not sure how I feel about a Aptive Pest control at this time. Also my last service consisted of a perimeter spray that took all of five min. And the ants were back less then a week later.
