Very disappointed in the level of service received. The technician did not do his job thoroughly yesterday and I had to call the office and have them come back out. It really frustrates me when myself as the client has to show and tell the technique hi is suppose to be the professional where spider webs are. I sent pictures in of my house was left after the initial service. I’m pretty upset and you only have 1 more time for me to not be pleased with the service and I’m leaving Aptive and going back to my previous service. I really want to give you all. 1 Star rating but it won’t allow me.

The technician didn't call and inform what time he is coming to the house. My sister is in the house and the back door is locked so how can he spray around the house? This is not acceptable. The technician needs to come back so he can get around the house, specially at the back.

So if I am rating Aptive I would give 5 stars. If I am rating the technician from today would be zero stars. Rude. dragged the hose in backyard knocking over flower pots and pulled out a landscape light. I believe he was upset the gate was locked and the door was not answered on the first ring. We were doing laundry at the time so did not hear the bell. So we do apologize for not answering immediately however felt the rude responses "just open the gate" with attitude and messing up the backyard was rather unprofessional. I do hope he is not going to be regular technician on our home cause if so we will find a different pest control service.

Steven Lampton listened to my concerns and asked good questions to clarify. He assured me he was going to be extra diligent to get all the spider webs out and apply the necessary treatment to get rid of them. He also reminded me that I can always call for a re service if I see more spiders once the hatch period starts.
