Ron was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and completed the service in a timely manner. I recommend Aptive.

William was a great technician today. He was polite, hard working, friendly and shared expertise in the work. He gave good guidance in how to make sure my dog and kids kept safe. He worked to completely remove egg sacs and nests as well as treat preventively.

Tom Lauderdale did an excellent job. He took care of the bird wasp nest outside the bedroom window. And the dirt rubber nest in the front and rear porch.

Did not get a chance to interact with my sprayer this time as I was not home, but I remember him as a very courteous man from my last time. I was very happy with the work he did. I went around my yard. He did exactly what I would have told him to do if I had been with him. Very pleased.

Kacey Cook did a great job today with my home service. He took a lot more time than other technicians that have came out. He even offered to bring up my recycle bin from the end of the driveway! Very courteous and polite!

I am not leaving a poor review but that is the only way I can leave my comment. At this point I am not impressed with Active. The person who sold me on trying Active was very good and personable but I'm not sure about the company yet. It seems I have received a number of emails but not talked to anyone very much about what is going on! I have no idea what kind of job or what he did. I didn't see him! With my previous pest people I would see them and they would tell me what they were doing. I don't like feeling disconnected from the whole process. I would like to know when they are coming so I can see them. I only got an email late on Monday that they would be coming on Tuesday!... Read More
