Honestly I don’t even know if he came. There was no notice on the door and it didn’t seem like he had. No images on our camera.

My wife called me today as he was doing the service. She complained to me that she felt like he blew her off with all of her concerns as to where the spider problems and webs were. After the service there are still webs throughout all my bushes in the front yard, webs next to the fountain and webs all over our storage shed and throughout the backyard. If it wasn’t for the fact my wife had a conversation with the employee and observed him in our backyard, I wouldn’t believe the service was conducted. I expect a call from customer service.

He didn’t do anything. Webs still all over my house. He didn’t spray or remove any webs! I’ll likely be canceling my service.

So far (we've had two services), this company and its technicians have been professional, respectful, and thorough. We no longer have problems with ants, but, if we ever do again, I know I can contact them for a free follow up service. Very happy with this company.

Jared was on-time and did a wonderful job. He was kind and professional. He kindly introduced himself and explained what he will be doing to treat the bugs. After treating, he reminded me of important facts about what to expect. Thanks Jared! :)

Shaun did an excellent job. He wiped down all the webs under the eaves and sprayed all the plants and around the entire house as well as our guest house. Kudos to Shaun. Joyce Finberg

Not happy with the service. Spiders all over around house and also in garage. Killed a few today. Also the webs are all around the front porch area and around foundation on the house.
