When I signed up with Aptive I was told that you would treat my whole yard and house every time. The last couple times the tech only fogged around the house and treated the inside, but not the whole yard. Today, he just fogged around the house and didn't even come inside to treat the house. He was gone before I even realized what had happened. I thought he was still working outside. I'm very disappointed. I'm paying for something that I'm not getting.

I didn't get to meet the technician that performed my service on Wednesday. I may have been on the phone when he came and didn't hear him knock. He did a great job though.
