If you could please send Kinnith back every time, that would be great! He was so friendly and didn’t mind going the extra mile. He answered all of my questions and went through the whole house. Really liked this technician. Definitely my favorite.

Tech removed a sprayer from my water hose when he filled up his tank. he did rolled the hose back up but he left the water sprayer on the ground. The tech should have put things back up the way he found them.

The Aptive technician did a great job at our home today. His name is Darious Stembridge. He was very thorough and helpful and when I told him that he was too early he offered to do other jobs in the area and come back. He was very reliable, came back and then came into our home as we had requested and did several activities to help us to get rid of our ant problem in addition to spraying outside out home. We highly recommend Darious and appreciate the work he did today.

Jose Carlos / Naz Were very professional. They seemed to know what to do. It seemed to take them less than 20 minutes. I didn't follow them around to make sure they did everything that I was told they would do. I had a lot of stuff in the back yard at the time. Hopefully the next visit things will be a lot cleaner and easier for them.
