James was amazing. Took his time, and listened to my concerns. Even acknowledged my child and his special needs, in an understanding manner. Which is greatly appreciated. If he can ALWAYS be my technician I will be very happy. And more inclined to keep the service, despite the billing issues that keep reoccurring. James went above and beyond. 10 out 10

So far, Miles and Luis have been the best service providers. Miles even went as far as to explain how the sticky pads work, in terms that they can be folded into a trap box, which I didn’t know because nobody else had explained it before. They were extremely thorough in servicing our home and property. They deserve a reward. Excellent job Miles and Luis! Thank you!

Professional in all aspects. Love how this company does business. Advance notice emails, on their way texts, a knock and introduction upon arrival along with what they are doing on that particular day. Notice when service is complete, they don't just disappear. You rarely know they are there and they always ask if you need the basement done. Today's service was 2 people with 1 apparently a trainee. They seemed to interact extremely well and were as thorough as usual. Using Aptive Pest Control has been one of my better decisions!

Did a good service. I never saw anyone brushing the ceilings before. He did it the first time for me. Thank you!! However, he needs to clearly ask when he rings the bell whether you want it inside or not. I did not know that I had to tell him. Now I know.
