NOTICE: On February 12, 2020, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office filed suit against Omega Vehicle Services, LLC d/b/a Delta Auto Protect and its owners for violation of consumer protection laws. The complaint alleges that in numerous instances Delta Auto Protect failed to authorize covered repairs, wrongfully denied covered claims, failed to respond to claims inquiries, failed to refund consumers for contract cancellations, and otherwise misrepresented their business practices. This case has not yet come to trial and the truth of these allegations has not been adjudicated.

I was walking out of my house to go to my car so I could go to work and my car door was jammed. I tried getting in through the other doors but they were all locked and the button on my Keys wasn’t working. I called Delta to see what to do and I was able to have a locksmith come to my house. The guy was able to get into my car and he told me to go to my car dealership to get a new key. I am happy with how fast and friendly Delta was in helping me
I recently signed up for my auto warranty and sure enough had to use it not long after. After having problems with my 2001 Suzuki, I knew I had to protect myself from being left stranded on the side of the road. I signed up for the auto warranty and about 2 months later, my car stopped in the middle of a busy intersection, overheated. I called Delta's service line and they coordinated with me to get a tow truck to my location that was very helpful in assisting me through the process of getting my car repaired. Really thankful for having my auto warranty.
"If it were not for Delta Auto Protect I would have been in pretty bad shape. I love how this company makes the coverage cost worth every cent and more. In the span of a year they replaced my car battery, alternator, and serpentine belt. The only complaint was that the mechanic should have replaced the alternator first and I would not have to make so many repeat trips. When I purchased my car -- it only came with a 90 day warranty. To cover myself I purchased an extended auto warranty from this company and I am so thankful I did. With my new car payment, gas, and life's other expenses I had no money to pay for the transmission that went out about a year after buying the car. I still owed thousands on the car, I was invested. I have been having some electrical problems with my car and I ended up stuck at work with no help, nor money. I remembered that I had an warranty for my car and I was saved by Delta Auto thanks to their extra help my car was towed to the repair shop and I was offered a loan in order to get to and from work. Delta kept me updated on all of the repairs and they have excellent customer service.
When we bought our new Toyota Camry it came with a manufacturer's warranty. We knew we were going to drive the car a lot and keep it longer than the standard warranty so we purchased an extended warranty from Delta Auto Protect. Less than a month after the manufacturer's warranty expired the radiator blew and we were stranded on the side of I95 with our car steaming. Delta Auto Protect covered the cost of a tow truck, got us a loaner car, and provided coverage for the repair of our busted radiator. We were glad we invested in the extra protection.
I have had a wonderful experience with this fine company. I opted to buy their extended warranty because provides widely extensive coverage, including engines and brake systems, as well as transmissions. In addition, it covers services such as rental cars, dead battery replacements, and locksmiths --all things I have paid for out of pocket at one time or another. But now I never have to again. I’ve canceled my AAA and feel I can primarily depend on this warranty for any similar situations. The extended warranty is an exceptional option because of the amount of savings it has provided me. I certainly recommend getting it!
Not too long ago I was coming home from work when I noticed my car making a strange noise. I checked to make sure I had all the necessary oil and other fluids, but the problem persisted. Luckily I had the extended warranty and was able to have my car diagnosed. I happened to bring it in just in time and discovered a problem with my engine. Since I had brought it in as soon as possible and because I had the warranty, I was able to get it fixed quickly and without spending too much. The Delta warranty is definitely worth having.

TERRIBLE! Don't waste your money. I filed a claim and they just stop responding. No denial, no approval, no reduction in benefits - they just stop responding. This was a complete waste of my money and now I am stuck taking this to an attorney to try to get them to honor their warranty. This is the worst company I have ever done business with!!!!
