Infinite Auto Protection guarantees 100% payments to all repairs that are covered by the selected plan, minus deductibles paid to service facilities. Although the company does not require maintenance records for all claims that are filed, there is a possibility they may be requested at the time of repairs, seeing as the company evaluates claims on a case by case basis.

Stay away from these people! I bought a warranty which went into affect on May 11, 2020, sold my car on June 7and notified them. Spoke to Matt at infinite auto protection who advised me that I would get an email never did call back on the 12th letting him know no email to no avail. I’ve called on the 16th spoke to Cameron again stated that the approval on the return of my money was sent to administration but never heard from anyone and no one ever contacted me. I called again June 22, June 29. Given the runaround over and over again stay away from these people I don’t even know why consumer advocate.org endorses these people buyer beware

NEVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY THIS! They had no problem issuing the warranty and taking my money, paid in full. When it came time to make a claim, I had provide all kinds of documentation including the original loan agreement, registration, complete service records, etc. Most was not covered including the emission system so I paid for all repairs out-of-pocket. Filed for a refund 3/11 ( I have kept records of each call) and every stall technique in the book has been used. Now, 5+ weeks later, it's Covid-19. NEVER AGAIN. I will go back to the warranty company I used before, they covered everything.

Find my claim on my toyota camry. They paid as agreed. Also make sure you read your contracts, Infinite partially paid a "non covered" part but won't do it again. At first I was upset then I spoke to the dealer and they said all warranties have exclusions. wxclusion

Company that borderlines on fraud. Ray or Roy very rude throughout. They claimed, without knowing, that my condition was prior to purchase. They took my money without any questions but refused to pay. Stay away!

I purchased this warranty for a used vehicle. I spoke to the sales rep over the phone and asked which warranty would cover all of the infotainment system. I verified through the sales rep that I did n't have bumper to bumper, but that the higher cost warranty plan would cover the engine and all of the infotainment system. After a few months I was experience a problem with the blue tooth in the vehicle connecting to the infotainment. I went to the dealership 2 times to fix the problem. The dealer tried 2 different ways to fix the problem. That did not work. A few months later I was driving the vehicle and the engine light turned on. I took it to the dealer. The engine failed because a... Read More

So this is my second review of this warranty. I must say I will NEVER renew with them again! For the second time I’ve had a repair on my CRV. This time it was the starter. First of all, they don’t cover diagnostics, even though I told them it was the starter. But worse of all, they would not cover the replacement of the same starter, so I had to go with the “cheapest” rebuilt I could find. They also did not cover the entire labor cost. So even though the agent told me (and the add told me) that there is no out of pocket expensive...don’t believe it. I will probably be looking at a bill of at least $300...and that’s with my mechanic giving me a deal on labor, and finding the... Read More

Infinite Auto is refusing to cover two diagnostics that uncovered faults to two COVERED systems (back-up camera and the sunroof). When going over the policy it clearly states in section F. Exclusions item 15- The following items are not covered by this CONTRACT 15) EXPENSE FOR DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES RELATED TO: i. A NON-COVERED PART OR SYSTEM, OR ii. A COVERED PART WHEN NO BREAKDOWN OF THAT COVERED PART HAS OCCURRED. Now, the diagnostics performed at FORD uncovered a fault or breakdown of: FACTORY INSTALLED FRONT AND REAR MONITORING CAMERAS, and, FACTORY INSTALLED SUNROOF MOTOR as described in Section D - Coverage Description item 16. Both faults, or break-downs were discovered... Read More

A VERY DISHONEST AND VENDICTIVE COMPANY!!!!! I purchased a 2004 Vette and thought I had a warranty until I took my car to have a complete service done to see if there were any issues. Only one issue identified, but when the service Dept. called Infinite to work out the payment, they quickly called to tell me there was a 30 day waiting period (no one mentioned that previously) and the repair wasn't covered. I then received a call the following day saying the contact was cancelled. A nasty Middle-Eastern guy named Keith (wouldn't provide last name) told me that my car was a risk since it had one issue and the contract was being cancelled. He also called me a liar and when I advised I... Read More

I've tried three times too get the warranty contract from you that paid for, and was told I would receive a call back from that department. I have never received a call from anyone . I'll be calling you tomorrow for a complete refund and purchasing a warranty from a reputable company. If there was a problem, a call would of been nice. I'm easy going, but after running my own dealership I can tell you, if those people worked for me they'd be replaced. Follow up and follow thru was are moto, and should be yours. Sorry to vent, but a customer that's this mad is bad for business.
