terrible terrible terrible... if you want to be frustrated disappointed and annoyed then use this company because that is all they will offer you! call me an hour before delivery to tell me that don't have the flowers .. I wish I had of done my research and read reviews.. I mean how hard can it be to fill an order and deliver the product??

Ordered a basket of plants. Total charge $107.00. The recipient received a small vase with 6 to 8 spring flowers. Customer Service assured me a redelivery would rectify the discrepancy. Never happened. Upon informing customer service of the lack of a new delivery, I was offered a $10.00 gift card to use with my next order. Yeah right!!! Like I would ever order from Just Flowers again, Spend your money at a more reputable site.

Helen A . Horrible conning way to do business. My daughter placed an order on 5/08/2021. Today is 5/14/2021. No flowers. Took money to process order, did not deliver flowers and can not get through to anyone to talk to. It's like a joke. Took money and laughing all the way to the bank. Insane .

Heartbreaking! Mother’s Day flowers were never delivered and I paid $150.00!!! False advertising how is this allowed? We need to do a class action lawsuit

Terrible, stay away. Promised Mother’s Day delivery, then emailed to say sorry, busiest day, will be delivered Monday. Then Monday they say Tuesday. Tuesday they cancelled my order for no reason. Have called and emailed, nothing more than a canned response. No reason for cancelling? Tried to get info on website by inputting email and order number and says it can’t access that order. BRUTAL.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day - order #9372822 on Saturday May 8/21. Not only have they not arrived, but I have had no answers to all my calls/emails to you. If the flowers do not arrive today, I will have to report your business as fraud. You receive zero rating so far.

I am highly dissatisfied with the bouquet received. I ordered a same-day, Mother's day bouquet. First it was meant to arrive same day with a local 4pm arrival; it showed up the following morning. Second the flowers were not vibrant or close to the 'Touch of Class' bouquet I ordered. Daisies were swapped out for tulips and the display photo identifies at least a dozen deep pink roses. The down on their luck, maybe a grey-lavender rose came with 9 stems plus one yellow for good measure. The bouquet was not full or bold & brilliant as described by the site. I can be understanding with needing to make swaps for what is available on a same-day order, but for $95 before delivery fees... Read More

Did not deliver flowers on Mother's Day. Received an email on Mother's Day saying it will not be delivered until Monday.. Do not trust them to deliver flowers for Mother's Day even if there website says they will.

Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE this company. Horrible experience, loss of money, flowers never arrived and they refuse to refund the money. If this is not helpful, check the reviews on the BBB website. I do not see how this company is in business.

They are a scam. They missed the funeral and tried to deliver it the next day. They left a voicemail with the wrong phone number and an incorrect order number to call back, and then hung up on me when I tried. I can't say this is the worst delivery I've had to deal with , but I'm certainly never getting flowers from these guys again.
