Ordered flowers for my mother and they never arrived. Since then the company has spammed my email repeatedly and will not remove me from their distribution list. This is a scam company. DO NOT USE.

I ordered flowers on March 24, 2021 to be delivered the next day. As of March 27, 2021, they have NOT been delivered and I just canceled my order. So disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, such a scam!!!!

FORGED SIGNATURE! I ordered flowers on 1/18 for delivery on 1/23. I paid an express fee to have it delivered by noon because my mom was going to be out in the afternoon. My mom called me late Saturday night (1/23) to state she did not receive the flowers. I called Just Flowers on Sunday, 1/24 to complain. They said they can't do anything until the local florist gets back to them. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called later in the day on 1/24 and told them that my mom got a call from the local florist saying they couldn't deliver on Saturday and if she wanted the flowers today. If you want to fail a pleasant surprise to your loved ones - call Just Flowers. I ordered flowers on Saturday afternoon, the automatic message did confirm that the delivery is possible that day, and I mentally gave allowance to delivery next day as well as it was a short notice order. Next morning, I contacted Customer Service as I didn't receive any notifications on the delivery status, and I was told by a human being that the flower shop did confirm the delivery to happen on Saturday night. We received the flowers to the billing address rather than the shipping address that we looked up as we entered the order. The flowers said arranged by Safeway and looked like a Safeway arrangement not what you would get from a florist or solid company like Proflowers. We called immediately and were told that there was nothing they could do since the order was placed online. My fiance clicked on JustFlowers without reading the slurry of bad reviews. you don't need to accept the level of service that this company provides. They have a budget business model that is far below the standards of reputable companies.

ARE YOU KIDDING? We ordered DAISIES for $89 and received 6 DEAD ROSES. A DAY LATE. And the customer service rep didn't even give us a refund or sound remorseful at all. DURING A PANDEMIC CRISIS WHERE FUNDS ARE LIMITED. I EVEN HAVE A PICTURE OF MY ORDER AND THE DEAD ROSES WE RECEIVED. Do NOT order from these people. I will be giving my review on every single platform possible.

I went through the arduous ordering experience as it looked like they could get the delivery out TODAY. At NO TIME did it stop me to say that today was not an option when I selected the date nor afterward. The receipt arrived and stated "Customer prefers delivery Wed, Jun 24, but Thu, Jun 25 is ok." AT NO TIME DID I SAY TOMORROW IS OK. That is a downright lie. Avoid these folks. Seems like a scam. The 'customer service rep'- if you could call him that said he could cancel my order then I asked for a supervisor. He came back several times later saying a manager would call me later but now he could NOT cancel the order. Poor service at best. Questionable business ethics at worst.

This is a terrible company. Three days before mother's day I ordered two sets of mother's day flowers that said they would be delivered on mother's day. They were $100 each. One was canceled after a week, with no communication sent in the meantime or even when it was canceled. The only way I knew was because my mother-in-law never received her flowers and the return ended up on my credit card. The other flowers were delivered on the Wednesday after mother's day, 3 days late, with no communication to us about it, and the flowers died a day later. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. Spread the word PLEASE!!!!! Just Flowers website did NOT say ANYTHING about deliveries being delayed up to 6 days. It was advertised "same day" and "next day" deliveries WERE available. There was NOTHING about the possibility of an order not making it on time for Mother's Day when clearly on the website “Same day” and “Next day” Mother’s Day orders were still being accepted.
