Charged my account and never sent an email confirmation. Tried to call them many times but no asnwer (and that's the customer service number.) Their order number works just fine though but of course they can't help you - they can only place new orders! Stay away from this company.

Guarantee means nothing to this company. I picked an arrangement and ordered based on the guarantee for same day delivery. They like to blame the florist or holiday for their inability to deliver in the guaranteed time or the actual arrangement chosen. Who doesn't enjoy picking out a specific arrangement and paying for delivery and getting nothing, not even a subbed version of flowers. A $5 or $10 refund is not acceptable either, the delivery and hidden fees cost more. When a delivery is days after a special occasion and after YOUR guarantee, you are misleading customers . You offered me a $10 refund but never delivered flowers, why would I accept $10 and still pay $85 for... Read More

Ordered a dozen roses for over $100 under their add for same day delivery. Flowers did not arrive on the day scheduled. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. Flowers arrived the next day after my wife had already left on a business trip. The local florist that delivered the flowers informed me that they did not receive the order from JustFlowers until that day. When I requested a refund from JustFlowers they informed me they had decided to reschedule my deliver after I had placed my order. They also said they could only offer a $15 refund. I learned my lesson JustFlowers is just dishonest.

This place is a SCAM. Placed two orders for a total of $260 and NEITHER was delivered. When you call "Customer Service," at first it seems like you are legitimately waiting for someone to help you, but NO ONE EVER COMES ON THE LINE AND THEY EVENTUALLY HANG UP. I can't believe this place is getting away with SCAMMING customers. BEWARE!!!!

Their website is misleading when you order without any cautions about the unlikelihood of a Sunday delivery. The day after, their website of course explains this. The next day, you also can't get a hold of anyone to cancel the order and it isn't an option on their ridiculous drop down menu. On Tuesday, this option mysteriously opens, of course too late to cancel once the flowers arrive a day or two late. Very misleading, poor contact, stay away!!

Buyer, stay away. No delivery for mothers day, or day after, no person to speak to or will respond via email or call back. Worse company and waste of money. Buyers stay away.

It's Mothers Day and I ordered flowers for my Mom who lives nowhere close to myself. I called her to wish her a Happy Mothers Day and no Flowers are delivered. I call customer service and the phone rings and rings with no answer. I then call her at 10:00 pm her time zone and still no flowers. I tell her I sent flowers and they have not been delivered yet. Now I really feel like crap because I thought maybe I should use the competition. Which I use and they always deliver. About 10 minutes ago I receive a automatic phone message that my Mothers Day flowers will be delivered after Mothers Day. I will never use this service again. Placed an order for Valentines Day flowers at 9:30am on Feb 14 2018. I get home at 6:30pm and flowers were not delivered. I called their customer service and was told the flowers will delivered shortly. At 9:30pm still no flowers. I called the customer service number over 10 times and got no answer. Now I am angry. At 10:30pm I'm in bed and I hear my door bell ringing. Its a flower deliver..at 10:30pm!! I refused the order. The next day I call the customer service number at least 10 times with no answer.
