I chose justflowers.com because of an advertisement that offered last minute delivery for Mother's Day. Other sites had already closed off delivery, so I went with them. Once I clicked on the site I saw that they even offered same-day delivery, so I went with the day before Mother's Day, just to get them early and have them on time. I gave them my info. I checked out. I was given a confirmation number. I sat by my door all day that Saturday (the day scheduled to deliver) and nothing came. Around 7:30 at night I grew concerned and tried to call them. Ordered mother's day flowers and they never delivered them. Can't get in touch with customer service and have not received a refund. The only action I have seen JustFlowers take is to delete the hundreds of negative comments on their Facebook page. Their ads said guaranteed delivery by Mother's day and it is certainly starting to seem like they just stole the money and ran. Buyer beware.

They are the WORST!! DO not order from them. Never delivered my order. Told me a refund is being processed for the WRONG order. Trying to see if my bank can help. SCAM artists!!

Do not call this company. It has been a nightmare and I still don't have my money back. Ordered funeral flowers on 2-14 for a delivery to Restland Funeral Home for a viewing on 2-15 by 4:00 pm which did not arrive. Called the next morning and told they could deliver 4:00-6:00 that day - funeral was at 2:00!! Cancelled order and told money would be returned in 3-4 days. Called the next day and JustFlowers.com confirmed that the order was cancelled and money being refunded. Credit Card was charged $153.96 on Tuesday. No refunds! They advertise on Google the guarantee deliver for Valentines day. What a big scam. They stole over 130 dollars from me and keep using unscrupulous tactics to avoid refunding your money even though you never received there flowers. If you in the mood to feel raped and violated and just have money to throw out the window then by all means this is the company for you. Apparently I am not the only person they violated because all their reviews read like rehearsed script. That is because they pull the same scam on everyone they rip off. Please never use this company ! It is a rip off ! I ordered a arrangement for my mother in her 80’s what was suppose to be a classy arrangement and it was CRAP ! It looked nothing like the picture that I ordered ! I’m going to dispute this order with my bank ! The company wants to refund me back 10 dollars ! What a complete joke ! The arrangement was over 100 dollars ! I had a choice regular arrangement , deluxe or premium arrangement that was suppose to arrive in a very nice vase ! Cheap vase you all ! The worst of all online flower services. They overcharged for expedited delivery and then mailed to make the guaranteed delivery. Or the next day. Or the next day. Then, when I tried to get a refund, which can only be executed by a manager, none was available for 20 minutes at which point I gave up.

I ordered two different flowers for mothers day sent to two different states. My first order was delivered the next day on mothers day but the other set of flowers were not delivered yet. It is now Tuesday the 14th and the flowers are still not delivered. I don't know what is going on but I sent them inquiries about my second order but they still have not replied nor have they given me a receipt sent to my email. This really sucks because mothers day flowers are supposed to be delivered ON mothers day. I just want them to send the flowers or give me a full refund for my second order. NEVER order flowers from JustFlowers! Mother’s Day arrangement was never delivered! I even scheduled it to be delivered earlier. Also good luck on getting a person to answer their phone or help you.
