Very poor customer service. No return phone call after leaving many messages to contact person provided by LeafFilter. No Show/No Call from Representative who was supposed to come to our home to inspect a few issues we have regarding installation. Still waiting for a return call.
I had my Leaf Filters installed about 10 months ago and needed to have them serviced due to poor installation. I've been promised a service call for over a month now and no one ever shows up and never get my phone calls returned even by the Regional Manager. This is the reason why I could only give them a one star rating.
I would never recommend them to anyone due to their POOR service record.
Called 11 times for warrant NEVER GOT REPLY we will call you in 24hr never got call
FOLLOWING A COMPLETE INSPECTION BY SALES AGENT MY WIFE AND I AGREED TO GO WITH LEAF FILTER AROUND $4000.
WHAT A RIP OFF. INSTALLERS DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, THEY REMARKED THAT LEAF FILTER COULD NOT BE USE AND LEFT. HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THE COMPANY. OTHER INSTALLERS HAVE QUOTED , AND REPLACING ALL GUTTERS...$1500 FOR THE SAME WORK. DON'T GET RIPED OFF IN NH. I AM SURE THIS REVIEW WILL NOT BE POSTED.

Our salesman came out and sold us on this installation we waited for a call from their installment crew, never got a call. They just showed up unannounced, thankfully I hadn’t left for the day yet. BTW it’s a 3rd party contractor NOT the company as it states on their website! The guard were “installed” if you want to call it that, with gaps and a lot of small pieces, and job has not been finished yet 5 days later. We cave called, texted and emailed salesman multiple times, called local office several times and corporate several times. We have left messages and sent pictures of the job. I have had the filters on my house a little over three years. I am not at all happy with their performance because it does exactly what they say it does. The gutters have never plugged up BUT the filters get clogged with small debris from large fir and cherry trees behind our house. They have come out at least 4 times to clean the mat of debris piled up on top of the screens. Our high winds here at the mouth of the Columbia Gorge are supposed to clear all of the debris off. Even when the gutters were new, they couldn't handle the water flow so the water falls around the foundation of the crawlspace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They replaced a section of my gutters 3 years ago. The installers where nice and I thought they did a good job (boy was I wrong). I even had them do a complete replace of gutters and add gutter protection at my parents house. So I was a very good customer for them. Fast forward three years and I notice the wood on the side of my house where they installed the gutters was rotting. On closer inspection of the gutters using a ladder there are gaps between the house and the gutters on two sections. A representative of LeafFilter visited my home and made false statements about LeafFilter Gutter Guard system. I was pressured into purchasing the LeafFilter system on Saturday and the installer came on that on that same Saturday. He installed 200 feet of LeafFilter Gutter Guard in three hours on that same day and picked up the check. The next day it rained and the rain poured off my gutters. As my wife said that it looked like a waterfall. I mailed a letter of complaint and cancellation by certified mail on Tuesday after the Saturday installation and Sunday rainfall and no one has contacted me yet. Awful company! Go elsewhere. We had Leaf Filter install guards 2 1/2 years ago and have had them come out 3 times to fix front gutter guards. We now have an issue with our back one and when it rains it is overflowing onto our deck up against the sliders causing mold. We called and they were supposed to come out in July. They called to cancel and rescheduled for almost 4 weeks later, AND THEY NEVER CAME NOR CALLED!!! We called the office, emailed and also left a message with the operations manager. They arrived when they scheduled. Installed 2 seamless gutters, one 51 foot and one 35 foot. No problems with installation, clean up and removal of old gutters.
