I wanted to get a new gutter so I would not have a leak on my front porch, I got with leaf filter. They came over to give me an estimate. The estimate ended up being $2000. They told me there was not a filter for a 4 inch gutter. So I had to get a gutter and a filter for the $2000. I asked if I could just get a gutter and they said I could for $743. I agreed to that. When the guy came to install he was alone and I asked him if he could do it himself. Thinking a 42 foot gutter would be hard for one man. He said he could do it. They were supposed to arrive in the am, showed up at 2;00 pm. One had a LOT of trouble with his ladder while slamming it into the front yard several times. I asked him if anything was wrong and he said he had trouble adjusting it. There was a lot of heavy hammering so much that it knocked a few items off the interior walls. I picked up approximately 30 screws that were pretty obvious after they left. The next day I picked up approximately 30 more screws around a tree that was close to their truck but no where near the house. They removed my clothesline and left it, I found it two days later and reinstalled it.

We had an appointment for one new gutter and guards put on all our gutters. The installers showed up with no new gutter to install but did install the guards. They were professional and quick. However, they said they would return one of the next two days. We stayed at home expecting them. No show and no word. We called and scheduled for a Monday. We made a quick return from an out of town trip to be here. They did not show or call. We rescheduled for today between 9 and 11, changed to 10 to 12. At 12:30 I called and was told they were checking and I should expect a call back by the end of the day tomorrow!!

I have scheduled my appointment with your company 3 times and still can't get anyone to show up on time. This my third appointment today, your installers were suppose to show up between 8-12. NO SHOW YET AGAIN! I called customer service and the young lady told me she would call me back, NEVER DID. I called her back only to be told that she left a message and the installers have 24 hours to answer the message. WHAT! 24 hours? I'm suppose to get my leafilters installed today!!! Horrible company to deal with and I'm sure this is how you will be treated if you have warranty issues also. I'm pretty sure we'll end up canceling and going with another company.

I agree with the comments below. Leaf filter did not install my gutters with a slant, so that gravity would pull the water down and water overflows from the back side of the gutter onto my house. Leaf filter told me there was a problem with my roof, which is not true. As the messages below state, I am not getting a response from the service department. Georgia R.

The gutters have not been right since they were installed. We have never had an issue with the gutters overflowing, and now every time it rains there is a waterfall all around the house. We have called repeatedly to have someone come out and fix them, and it has yet to be corrected.

DO NOT USE LEAF FILTER FOR METAL ROOFS On 23rd of June 2020 I signed a contract with Cliff Washburn of Leaf Filter. He said they may have to trim the metal roof to ensure water capture. On 26th of June 2020 the installers put the gutters up and installed the filters. Over the weekend it rained and the water overshot the gutters. The gutters was installed 2-2.5” too low. On Monday 29th of June I texted Cliff Washburn and Cliff said please call the main office number on the contract and they would dispatch a technician to fix any issues. Thanks for reaching out. I had leaf filters installed in 2018. One year ago they made a service call to unclog and repair a leak. I now have another clogged gutter and have been trying for FOUR weeks to get a response from them and a service call. The messages left on 3 different numbers have been unanswered. When I finally connected the person who was supposed to call back never did. They clearly do NOT back up their product or warranty.

I had a system installed last fall. I am writing this review 8 months after the installation. There are several locations in the gutter system that now have failed and water is pouring over the cutter onto the foundation of my house. I have tried for over one week to have someone return my phone calls to set up a time to come to my house to fix the problem. No one has returned my phone calls. I am very disappointed with the poor service. I would recommend that people go to other companies for their gutter systems. It seems the company is spending its money on marketing and sales representations (false in my opinion) NOT service.

The Installation was terrible and damage to property! The Installation was terrible. Parts of the gutters do not have screens installed. Screens are clogged with debris, pine straw, leaves, and silt one month after install. Damage to plants and landscaping around the house. Still finding screws, new brackets, old brackets, old gutter screens and other debris in the yard. Contacted salesman who wrote the estimate and came to inspect the installation on the day their installers were working. assured me he would have some one contact me about the issues. Still waiting.
