I had these gutter guards installed about 3 months ago. I totally regret this purchase. Two areas of the gutters do not clog, but water does not run into the guards as I was told it would. The pitch of my gutters slope down on one side and were not leveled out at the time of installation as I was told they would be. Twice quality control has been out and only added a piece that does not match the color to direct the run off, but it has not helped. Don’t waste your money. I wish I had not.
My Leaf Filter system was installed in May 2020 mostly over my existing gutters and has been leaking ever since. I have called customer service several times and a technician has come but the problem has not been resolved. Since the technician's last visit to my home on 06/15/20, I have called customer service no less than three times and left messages for return call but have yet to receive a response. I am not satisfied with this system nor with their customer service. Rhonda Wynn
Just getting an estimate was an extremely unpleasant experience. The salesman was a smug, sarcastic individual that spent the first 15 minutes talking about the features of my house and environs that he alluded to its cost and my ability to own something so expensive. Once I got him focused on the areas of my roof I wanted the gutters replaced/fixed, he went into his spiel touting the fantastic features and reviews of the product, which was fine, if he only did it once. My questions of the product were met with sarcasm, extreme sales tactics, reviewing their pictures of race cars, wealthy people, reviews, etc, to show how dumb I was not to believe what he said. Great product. Terrible service. I took a whole day off of work to be there for the installation. Expected arrival time was between 13:00 and 15:00. At 16:00, they had not arrived or contacted me. I called them twice over the next few hours. The first time I got voicemail and left a message. The second time I was on hold and my call was disconnected. It wasn't until later in the day that they contacted and said they wouldn't be arriving that day. I asked for a discount for my lost time and wages, and they said I could talk about it tomorrow. Let the buyer beware… I read in several posts here what I experienced this past week. We received the first “healthy” rain since the LeafFilter system was installed, so I was excited to see how everything would perform. Well, sadly it was pretty much like when I did not have the product as apparently a couple of the gutters are still clogged. My guess is they were not thoroughly cleaned out at time of installation, a “promise” I received in writing on my quote. My lower level gutter was overflowing into the soffit underneath and down two windows – Actually worse than I ever experienced when I did not have the product and the gutters were clogged. $13 PER FOOT!
, a nice young man said the cost was $$3400, which is $65 per foot he asked what did I expect, I said $10 per foot or $520. he said that the lowest he could go was $624, I said ok. a few days later the installers were on their way. I get a call from a male in Murfreesboro who said the cost had to bee $674 or they would not install.
Its not the $50, the problem I had a written quote. He would not give me a name that could honor the quote.

Left the debris all over our yard.
I too fell into the false respresentation of this product from the sales rep. wish I would have read the comments before signing up for this product. Had my gutter protection installed in June 2020, right after the installers left we had a down pour, rain water ran off the gutters and I had a waterfall effect along the gutters. Well they do guarantee no leaves will filtrate but water won't penetrate into the gutters either. Tried calling to resolve and no one returns your call. They advocate great response time but now that they have your money and you have their inferior product they don't want to deal with you anymore. Had Leaf Filter installed several years ago. Agree they keep out leaves and do not stop up. The only thing I do not like, I have to clean the roof grain off because the water runs off and also they streak the gutters so bad at each joint that I have to power wash yearly. Would not recommend.
