Had to have them come back to install a couple of splash guards on the roof. The install was done 12 days early with no problems at all. The installer was professional and through. II highly recommend this product.
The product is ok , but the subcontractors are a real problem. They throw the scraps off the roof and do a terrible job of picking up. They show when they like and leave scraps behind. Project Manager never showed up nor did he do what he said he would
I had leaffilter installed 8 years ago and I have noted that during hard downpours too much water runs over the front edge of the gutters. Over the years that has gotten worse. I recently inspected the filter and noted a black film on it. I have started brushing the filter with a small brass brush trying to remove the film. It is a very time consuming job and I don’t know if that will help. At 72 I was looking for something so I wouldn’t have to get on the roof. Needless to say I have been disappointed with its performance.

LeafFilter DOES NOT INSTALL thier own products, and there lies the problem. I asked the salesmen we dealt with a direct question " are the products installed by LeafFilter employees?" and his answer was "yes they are installed by one of our 24 crews we employ here in the Sacramento / San Joaquin Valley" and the customer is in contact with the project manager at all times. Well that's just not the case, a sub contractor arrived on the correct date at the right time but he was not a LeafFilter employee and he never stated was. The Leaf Filter was installed last July 2019. It never worked. The leaves get stuck and the water goes over the leaves and goes over the patio. After every storm I have to blow the leaves off the gutters. Finally In March 2020 I called them and they sent someone to blow the leaves. The system does not work. in April I called again and a gentleman told to send photos of the leaves over the gutters. I did and I was never contacted . I sent an email asking for a refund and removal of the system or I am going to sue them. I received a call from a gentleman who wanted the photos again. This seems to be the last try at getting the attention of this company after having installed our system a month ago. We have a serious question to ask but when we call and they switch us to the service department and we are told to leave a message, it next informs us that their mailbox is full. Pretty convenient of those who have a complaint. We do not want to write a bad review but we are unhappy about a problem that may be able to be fixed if we could ever get someone. Unhappy 😞 in Markleville, IN.
We bought this product in 2019 and when we had the first snow storm the gutters leaked from end to end, front and back. I called the company and they came to fix the problem, but nothing changed. I kept calling, and in one repair job they damaged one of the gutters. I finally asked them to remove the filters, but before they would do that they wanted me to sign an agreement not to disparage them in any way. I refused to do that, and I had to hire somebody else to remove the filters. STAY AWAY!!!
The installer used a blower to scatter the mess all over my grass and flower beds and was shocked when I got upset and then did a poor job to clean it up , he left a mess for me, so do yourself a favor and clean them before they arrive because their cleaning is a joke.
Very easy to install!

I had Leaf Filter gutter protection installed in September of 2019. I was told that the gutters would be cleaned, sealed, and realigned before installation. The cleaning and realignment were not done. We resided our house this April and I noticed one of the gutters drooping on the garage. I took off the Leaf Filters to expose water and leaves sitting in the gutter along with the last three feet no longer attached to the garage. The installer overtightened the gutter screws to the fascia and the heads were snapped off. They also use a very cheap hidden gutter hanger. The sealing was done on the end caps, so much so that he had gobbed the sealant and stuck the gutter to the siding. Piss... Read More
