We had gutters installed on our house and upon completion of them being installed, there was damage to our home from the installer along with them leaving our rain gauge hanging on the side of our house. We tried calling the 1-800 number for over a week to get this rectified however; our answer was always ….... someone would call us back today. The installer took several pictures and stated we would hear from his supervisor. Still nothing.
Very disappointed that a company that states they are all about the customers have treated us this way. Maybe, someone from the company other than a manager that never calls us back will read this and finally get this rectified.

I had LeafFilter installed over 10 years ago. LeafFilter advertises "nothing will adhere to the system". Not true. Always get roof debris that hangs on the screen. Have to clean it off periodically. Also, as others have reviewed, water gushes over the mesh screen in various spots, leaving water puddles around my house foundation. I finally called LeafFilter for warranty complaint today and haven't heard back yet. I will update this review when (if) I hear back from them. (a claim report was initiated). My warranty states "... DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED .... I truly wish I'd read Dean A's review but We'd already gotten our Gutter Protection installed last September. What a joke, not a funny Ha Ha joke tho. It sounded like such a good idea, but the water runs right over and makes a far worse mess than we ever had before. We had a few leaks from the gutters which they assured us they'd fix, not so. Called them back and it helped ? some? But the water still runs over the gutters, not good because my house is on a hillside and all the water is supposed to go into gutters to run into a sump pump tank at the side of my house to be pumped up onto the street to run down the street to hit the city system for... Worst experience with any company. Totally misrepresented the product. Demanded refund, but this is not part of their business model. Buyers beware!
I live in Western Massachusetts. This company is not recommended and the product is definitely not recommended for any location that gets snow. Shortly after installation, we had a 2" snowfall that melted quickly and the system could not handle melting snow causing water to pour off of our roof as though we had no gutters. The company has been sent someone to try to fix it but it was after much work on our part to get them to respond. After an attempt to repair (it is now spring, no more snow), the company wants me to sign that I am satisfied!!!! I purchased an installation of Leaf Filter in Seattle, Wash. in 2008. I was told it would never need clean-out but they gave me a good long handled brush just in cast. A year later I left the country for 2 years and rented out the house. When I returned, water was gushing over the gutters. I immediately tried to brush the tops of the filter but nothing stopped the waterfalls. With a Lifetime Warranty in hand, I called the company that installed and they had gone out of business! Your gutter guard was one I have been looking for years. My problem is pine needles. I had you install you system and after a rain I was jumping with joy when I saw all the pine needles in a row on my driveway. You should add that to your commercial. I don't think the others that just roll the leaves off will keep pine needles out. Thank you for giving me something I have been looking for for years.

LeafFilter doesn't look to work in cold environments.
We had the product installed towards the end of January 2020. We've now had 5 snow storms and every time iced formed on top of the gutters blocking water from getting into the gutter. I went up once and scrapped the ice off and then it worked, otherwise water was flowing at a great rate over the gutters. As it cooled down, the sidewalks under the gutters were solid ice. Quite a safety hazard!!!
Initially we thought maybe a freak weather pattern, although after 5 times it looks like a design defect. We live in Denver and we're not thinking that the product was designed for snow.
These will not clog. But they do restrict water entry . Tiger lines immediately appeared after a complete new install.
I witnessed the over flow of water during the heavy rain days . So I don’t like tiger lines So in my case I will be using a ladder and these will require maintenance to keep that fresh new look.
Leafs or other debris gather on the top of the guard preventing the water from entering the gutter. Water streams down from the roof onto the patio in cascades. Contacting the installer did no good as there has been no response. Extremely expensive investment for NO improvement.
