I'm very disappointed with the service department of this company. First the gutters were installed incorrectly, not under the drip edge and the down spout in the wrong place. The installer admittedly said he didn't look at the drawings before installing. Took about 5 or 6 phone calls to get a response from the service department. The installer left a mess around the house leaving sharp pieces of down spout and gutter, nails, screws around the yard and house. My dog was cut by one of these pieces left in the backyard. At first they said to send them the vet bills and they would take care of it, which I have sent to them. However, I've not been able to get a response or reimbursement from... Read More
First of all, dealing with Will Pendleton was a true pleasure. He is not your typical sales man, he believes in what he sells. I already did my research on this type of product different style different Idea.. I like the way this sets in not touching the roof at all. everything leveled as it should be so that the water drips out smoothly. One other suggestion by Will was to add an additional spout so the water disperse in a good flow out.
The installers very good set the item up fixed the gutter were needed and handle everything as the home belonged to them.
Saturday February 1st I had my service rep come to see me. I signed up for the leaf filter system and also a particular screen that goes over my patio & carport gutters. I'm a very unhappy customer today Monday. I have notified my service rap about this shabby installation that I had. I am waiting for him to call me or someone to contact me if not I'll give the details again on my review
We had Leaf filter installed in summer of 2019, seems to work very well. I am pleased with the results how it works, the thing that I was not pleased with was their price. They gave me a ridiculous price to start with and I talked them down, and I should have only paid them about 30% of what the first price they quoted me was. So if you get this be sure and give them an offer about 30% of what they try to price it to you for. Outside of price this is a good product.
The salesman told us that they would seal and realign the gutters before installation. That wasn’t done. I had to call the company several times about the problems. Two people cane and fixed some of the leaking corners but several corners continue to leak in the rain. Disappointing from the beginning. The salesman was not upfront about our gutters being older and beyond repair. And now when I call Leaf Filter they say that we need to replace some of the gutters. They use deceitful tactics to sell this expensive system. My husband and I are very upset with this situation and we feel that we were scammed by this company.
THE INSTALLER WAS GREAT AND SALESMAN WAS GREAT ORDERED ONE DAY, INSTALLED THE NEXT

I have leaf filter. They don't honor their claims. Still have to clean gutters. They refuse to talk to me anymore.

Was told all these wonderful things that they were going to do, but sadly two guys showed up in sweatpants, who I had no idea who they were and they said here to install your guards, check level of the gutters, reinforce the gutters, take old caulking out and put in the 50 yr caulking, inspect the down spots, nope none of these things were ever done! Call company about it they said guards were install properly and that was pretty much it, after emailing the guy that fast talked the money right out of our pocket, asked what the problem was told him and that has been it for contact?? Glad we could send someone on a holiday with the money they took from us!
DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS COMPANY!!
Not a good experience with mine. The micromesh technology eventually became clogged with shingle grit and dirt. Ended up getting on a ladder to hose out and use a scrub brush. Ended up removing them.
