I just had your Leaf Filter system installed today and I'm looking forward to the next rainy or windy day to see how it works. Your installer, Cesar Serrano, was very pleasant and efficient and showed me all the materials he was going to use and what he was going to do. Also, your sales rep, Richard Paterson, was nice when he came to give me an estimate and later when he came back to have me sign the work order. I look forward to many worry-free years of clean and not climbing on the roof in the future.
One word sums up our experience with Leaf Filter.... AWFUL. Not only did the technician who installed our gutter guards break our string lights that were up in the backyard, but they didn't have the courage to tell us before leaving. So when we let our dogs into the backyard without knowing, they walked all over the glass of the broken light bulbs. Now having to reinstall new string lights, and pick up shards of glass. Totally unprofessional and dangerous. We'll never use this company again, and making sure none of our friends or family do either. Stay away from this company. This company wins for having a very strong sales team. That is all. Regarding the installation and pos-installations service are horrible. First time they sent an installer who did not want to do the service because he did not want to climb on the roof. A few days later they sent another one, who hardly could speak some English and installed the gutter guard in wrong gutters and had to come back to do the new installations. Besides, he neither cleaned clogged downspouts not fixed leaking gutters. A few days later, after my complaints, the company sent a supervisor, who cleaned the downspouts but did not fix the leaks. I just had leaf filter install their product. I also had them install all new gutters to replace my gutters that had been on my home for many years. So far I have no complaints with the way the installation was completed. The gentleman that did the installation was very professional, did a fine job and cleaned up all the debris and old gutters after completing the job. I will wait now and see if the gutters work as they presented them to me. It's wintertime now so probably won't get to see how they work until the spring. It concerns me to see a few negative comments about the product but they have been in business since 2005 and are now one of the largest gutter protection companies... Read More

This is probably the worst vendor I have EVER dealt with in my entire lifetime (80 years!!!). I have been fighting them for almost 2 years, but they just DON'T respond. In my opinion, their warranty is a complete scam. At least they have never stepped up to the plate for me. The product has never worked from the get go. In fact it made the situation worse and now due to the water discharge backup their product apparently created, I now am looking at a $5,000 roof repair bill because their screen clogging caused roof water to backup and backflow under the shingles and now the roof plywood seems to be rotting and I am looking at a major repair job. If you have hail damage and are replacing your existing gutter guards, DO NOT go with LeafFilter!! They will not give you a break down of your invoice. This is required by your insurance so they can reimburse you . I could not get anywhere with the operations manager out of Chicago. He refused to give me the measurements of the job, or the cost per foot. Terrible people to work with. BEWARE!!!!
While the sales rep was nice and professional and the national customer service reps were okay, the installers for the Detroit area were terrible and very rude. They did not completely clean up the debris left behind and when they were called to come back to clean it up, they never answered their phone. We had to call the national phone number to get any action. After a week of calls and waiting they finally showed up, with an attitude and being rude about cleaning up. Their attitude was that like we were being unreasonable, and we were the problem.
Go to Amazon and each company tells you their product is best. Look at the reviews and you know who not to buy from.
LeafFilter gave me their Voodoo sales talk about air flow, mesh, plastic and they will clean the gutters if they fail and I bought it.
I'm half way through the leaf dropping season and NOTHING is on or in the gutters. Many leaves struggle to remain up there to no avail.
I would not buy these again -- you know -- the one I have has a lifetime guarantee so what's the point.
It is truly a great product
Now, let's talk about all those leaves on my deck that the roof refuses to keep up there.

Here in Northern Indiana, the Leafilter Gutter Guard system did not work as the salesman told us. When snow freezes on the membrane, any water from the additional melting snow/ice runs over the frozen membrane onto any hard surface, where it freezes into a sheet of slippery ice. He (The Salesman) assured my wife and I that this wouldn't happen!! I use a walker to assist me, so you you can imagine the problem this caused. During warm weather, the system worked as advertised and we didn't have any problems, and we recommend it for such climates.
Horrible experience. Talk about company with a lack of communication, customer service, and Quality control. Still trying to get paid for work that was never done. I am out $2400 and there is no leaf filter gutter guard installed. Their Sub they hire to do the installation never did anything. He showed up with the wrong size ladder and never came back. He claimed was complete and I am sure he got paid. Leaf filter never checked the work, so I get charged for work that was never done. Now I am 2 months into trying to get a hold of someone who will take care of this situation. Corporate keeps transferring me back to the Regional Manager in Lombard who says he is "working on it" but... Read More
