Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

TERRIBLE. Don't waste your money. They have no intention of paying to fix anything. Oh they talk a good story to get your money. My AC broke down almost 8 months ago & they tell me you need A & B so I do this, then oh we need C, ok then well we need d & e....on & on...AC is $700 to at least get it running but should be replaced & after 8 months they approve $150. SCAM..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am telling everyone I know.

Not only did you screw me by not having contractors, that refused to service you because of constant non payment.. you would not even refund my money.... BAD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

Customer service was very nice however the warranty company does not want to repair anything. They just want to give you $150.00 towards the value of what they think your item is worth

Horrible Company!!! A staff from Lujano Plumbing came late after I called the company asking if he was going to come. They said he did call call and nobody answered the phone. That was a total lie. It would be great if his company can verify that call from his phone. I did not have a missed call anyway. The problem I know is coming from my bathtub from the second floor. He check that and the toilet. He left and never heard from SHG until I followed up. SHG said that the problem is the toilet and they will not cover. This is wrong. First of all, the problem isn't the toilet, it is the bathtub. I bought the insurance for a year, paid the whole amount and I can't believe you can not fix it... Read More
