Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have been searching for a company that would provide the coverages that I wanted on my newly purchased home as a home warranty policy. I had many companies that provided me with quotes and items covered for the stated price. After carefully analyzing all the quotes I decided to contact Select. Select surprised me even more, Stevens the agent that must have been next in line to answer the call told me about a special for veterans and senior members. I was able to take advantage of the special offer. I was given 6 years of coverage for the price of 5 years and at a reduce service call rate. How can I go wrong with such a deal. It took forever to get through to the claims department but once I finally did my claim was written up and I got sent a email within a few minutes we will see how long it takes for my ac to get repaired first

You people do your best to get someone out to do the job but it takes forever after that to get an answer as to whether it's approved or not or a reimbursement check. I'm retired and on SS and a small pension, so when I put out money for a ceiling fan and have to pay another $100.00 for installation and wait a month on you to send reimbursement for just the fan, that's $200.00 out of my pocket for at least 6 weeks. That's just not right

I cant say it was a bad job nor a good job. I called in to get two separate warranty claims put in. 1/ of 2 I got a call from a local company quickly. 2/of 2 the warranty claim got written up incorrectly. She was rushing me in things i was trying to explain to her by cutting me off and trying to finish what I was saying but was half of the time wrong. So when my second claim got submitted she put roof leak not shingles buckling.....

We bought our house a year and a half ago and paid for 3.5 years upfront. We hadn't needed to use it until now and I was pleasantly surprised by the initial phone call to submit the claim. I was emailed shortly after about an electrician being contacted to help me with my problem. I will update when the claim is resolved! So far so good though.
