Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have had this warranty for a couple of years i submitted a claim my hot water tank has my floor soak and wet the tray isn't draining and they tell me it is not covered and to call a plumber so I am not happy. So I will be taking my service to another company.

48 hrs to have a "claim", as they call it, addressed!!!! All I want is someone to come out ASAP to fix my a/c. Brochure says 24/7 "because breakdowns don't happen at convenient times" BS!!!! If I could rate no stars I would.

You don't honor the warranty. You make excuses to avoid providing services that are difficult to provide.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. I paid for a 6 year policy upfront; fully paid! In the 2 years and 1 month that I have had the policy, they have denied all 3 of my claims. The customer service is very unprofessional. I cancelled my policy yesterday. When I called them today to check on the status of my refund, they stated that my refund will only be a small amount($250) because I cancelled the policy. They also stated today that they paid $150 to my local AC company. This was false. This company is only interested in getting your money. They made almost $1700 from me, and never did a thing. I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Gotta give high props to Select home and their service members. I called at night with a full outline of the issues with my washer. They noted everything and prepared for me a claim and service call. It took 3 days for approval, 5 for repair and ended with a satisfied customer! ty

very bad company do not buy.washer broke been a month will not fix keep putting me off. what they do pay is very little .save your money and just fix it yourself

No reason to panic with our select service package. Three claims I have processed with out any kind of problem. My wife has made two of the claims and was very happy when they showed up and did the desired replacement work.
