Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I THINK YOUR COMPANY STINKS. WHY I AM NOT REIMBURSED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT IS BEYOND ME. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR ANYHOW? IT TAKES AN ACT OF G O D TO GET THE REIMBURSEMENT. I CANNOT RATE YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE IT IS SOOOOO BAD.

More bang for the buck is how I would classify SHW. Because $399 is very reasonable for a yearly program that offers me so much in terms of level of service and amount of services that are offered.

When buying a home and doing an inspection, all testing came back as working. Purchased warranty. But they required 30 days after effective date. By no fault on us, their policy leaves us responsible. Regretting the warranty purchase at this point.

Your company does not honor the warranty your customers pay for. When I asked for the phone number of an employee in the United States I was told there are no phone numbers and I would be transferred. Instead of being transferred I have been hung up on on three occasions. This company seems like a scam.
