Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I had a claim on my dryer because the belt broke. They had it fixed for me but i was worried that their was another problem with it. Sure enough 2 months later the belt has broken again and i hardly use my dryer. We will see if the real problem gets addressed this time

The Initial intake call I had with warranty rep was exemplar. My furnace is inoperable and the temperature outside is below freezing. I remain hopeful it will be remedied by a technician soon

This people do not deserve one star ,stay away from this guys . they have best managed and fabricated web ,which you will see bunch of probably fabricated good reviews . but they don’t let you write your reviews on those . save your money and time stay away from select home warranty . Less than 2 years ago I got select for 2 of my homes, about a year ago my tenant informed me that refrigerator is not cold enough, I called select and after inspection I believe they said compressor acting and is not covering warranty, i said it is part of contract ,they ignored . I didn’t wanted to argue, because I had good tenants in that house I bought new refrigerator, few months later I had small leak in... Read More

Very untrustworthy company. I went 3 weeks without s fridge because the tech didn't know what he was doing. When i called to cancel since it's still not fixed I get the run around. Supervisors never call back as promised. It took 3 days, about 6 hours to finally get them to cancel my contract, and they want to charge me a $75 cancel fee. How about letting me keep the cancelation fee as reimbursement for all my time on the phone following up on this service? 3 weeks to get a fridge repaired is unacceptable.
