Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Best in service because not only did they fix my range they did it in 6 days from my first call. This has been a great service ticket experience. No fuss all parts included in the repair too.

Select bailed me out of two catastrophes in my house in the same year. I had a leak in back of my fridge caused by a fault in the copper water line, no questions asked no problem and the second one was my garage door no longer locking from rust. Both done really well.

Guest of my home noticed a leak in the bathroom pipe and I had to make a service call fee while they were in my home. The service was so impressive my cousin signed up once the saw how good the service actually was!

Have been waiting for almost 2 months to get my dishwasher fixed. I have been referred to companies that will not return calls or come out, companies that do not even fix dishwashers, and no shows! The customer service representatives will not let me contact the home office, or talk to supervisors. I am truly sorry that I have had to deal with Select Home Warranty and would advise others not to choose them.

I can't believe they are Select is rated #2 best. My fridge broke there contractor never called. Select took two days to get back to me. I cancelled my 5 year contract. It takes 30 days to get your money back. Customer service is worthless over awful company.
