Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I made a simple claim on my family room ceiling fan. It was a very simple process to work out with Select and the service company they sent my way. Over a period of 1.5 weeks they completed the task. It was a very good dependable experience.

Never had a wait on hold for longer than 5 minutes. When I get a person on the phone rather than an annoying automated system that is always a plus. The member of there team that helped me knew all the details to initiate a claim and over it all the process was fast and friendly.

Dealing with these people has been one of the most draining, daunting, and frustrating experiences I've ever had. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business. We filed a claim regarding our AC and two days later we are still at a hotel (it's 91 degrees in our home and my wife is pregnant). They haven't even had a technician come out to diagnose the problem yet because they have dropped the ball at every turn. They are also liars, unable to escalate or offer any help beyond their script (I know this because I've spoken with about 7 or 8 different agents so far and each just repeats the same thing as the previous agent; verbatim, almost like robots). I am sold on my Select warranty service contract. It has just saved me a few hundred dollars on my air conditioning unit problems that kept me warmer than I like this summer and that is something that just rocks!! Will recommend

Super job on my dish washer, could not ask for a better service provider. When my dish washer stopped working it blew a circuit from water and they just offered to buy out my claim for $200. A great value indeed.

this company tell you when you are buying this warranty but when you try to put one in the double talk you I have two condensers leaking but when I went to claim it they tell me they do not cover leaks how else does a condenser go bad it can only leak getting my money back
