Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Perfect and on point is my decription of my claim to fix my water heater. A five day turn around time is not bad at all when you can not afford to pay a plumber yourself. Good purchase protection service.

My neighbor complained water was leaking from my roof to their property and had to take care of it. I did not think my warranty would cover it but after a few weeks of getting custom approval of my request it was accepted! A gutter was added and no more worrying.

so far so good my claim on my fridge was just finished yesterday and it is cold again. My claim with Select home took two weeks total a bit on the slow side however on the plus a new motor was installed at no cost.

Staff is so competent and great to work with. I love owning a select warranty for extending the warranty on my appliances and other household items. They were never slow to get a hold of to get the work completed in time.

Fraudulent company. How can you guys allow for such companies to be listed as a warranty company. The sales guys lied. And even a simple things as claim as a small capacitor is not covered. They just collect the money no coverage over what so ever.

No question a very easy and smooth repair on my garage disposal. With such quick turn around time I managed to not have much of an issue and the cleanliness of the service person was uncanny. Strong recommendation from me

Now that the summer is here I needed servicing on my central air unit. This was no problem at all to setup an appointment and the work was done great. I am a very happy customer that they did such a great job.

Terrible, do not recommend. When purchasing this company the representative on the phone was trying to make me pay up front and when I refused he hung up on me before I could ask him the questions on why I called. Then when I went to make my first claim they refused based on a small print line from the contract about an extended period. When I called earlier in the week to make sure everything was good the representative confirmed my claims started, and now they are not honoring what "their" said. I recommend trying another company.

I have no stress knowing Select will repair manufacturer defects in my appliances and then some. I attest to how good the replacement parts they use are and how efficient their staff works for me in my home.
