Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

personal experience with Select and the team has me feeling lucky i chose them over so many other providers around. They are so friendly and accomadating in all aspects of creating appointments and scheduleds, a must own for me

My select home warranty is reliable and for the $500 i spent i can glady recommend it to any home warranty seekers out there. Just keep in mind that there is a deductible but it is still worth the price if something drastic happens to you.

I wouldn't recommentd this company to NO ONE...my experience was horrible from submitting a claim to getting my reimbursement. First of all, I do not feel that it should take 30 days to be reimburse for the money I had to come out of my pocket. Secondly, there were too many changes I had to go throught just to submit my clams. Thirdly, I had to made so many call regarding my concern that left me so totally unsatisfied and frustated. And, another thing whenever I called I was often bounce around talking to different people and put on hold and even had serveral drop calls. My experience was a terrrible!!!! I would give this company the lowest rating because they are not a good company at all.

UNTIL MONDAY I GOT INFORMATION ABOUT CONTRACTOR.I CALL HIM MARK RESERVATION. TUESDAY CONTRACTOR CAME AND SAY :YOUR GRAGE DOOR SPRING BROKEN ,SLELCT NOT COVER IT .YOU ALSO NEED PAY SERVICE FEE.I DO NOT WANT PAY IT .BECAUSE I TOLD REPRESENTATIVE SPRING BROKEN .CONTRACTOR DO NOTHING JUST STOP BY.I WANT CANCELLD CONTRACT .I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

Nice service, nice staff, overall a real pleasure. I could see that the heat was refurbished to look and act like it is brand new. I give an extra special thanks to the claims staff for keepnig me informed and making this all straight forward.

I hate searching for repair companies to do work directly. I aways seem to get a guy trying to size me up and price things based on how much money he thinks he can get out of me. The warranty comes in handy and I don't worry about being taken advantage of.
