Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Larry L St George, Ut Denied my claim on an AC that the Compressor went out. They said it was wiring instead of the Compressor and that no electrical is covered under their plan. Do Not use this Company, I had another Home Warranty Company for 5 years before this Company and never had an issue. Would strongly suggest another Warranty Compan

I was working on getting my claim approved a couple weeks back. Was not very difficult to do. I called in my claim and everything was automated with the front desk. The claims are done very well. They brought in a plumber. Thank You

Appliance repairs are their specialty. It was easy as heck to make a claim and easy to monitor when the service tech would come and do his work. All better than i would have thought!

It's been absolutely great working with Select's service repair system. At night my air condtioner stopped working and it took 3 days and that was all it took! The repair is handled excellent for me!

I'm going through a pattern of appliance failure every month. It is a string of bad events and I am looking at the positive that owning a Select plan has been. It has protected me and saved me a lot of headache.

If you get a Sales Call from Select Home Warranty RUN! I have had nothing but the worst experience with this company. Our refrigerator has been down for over 2 weeks. I have asked to speak with a supervisor or get a call back, nothing but crickets. I called them again yesterday and now they tell me if I will pay the labor they can authorize the repair. Save your money and shop for anyone except Select Home Warranty. Brian Linley Del City, OK

I am satisfied with the work from the guy they had come to fix my dryer. I made a call and setup a claim. They then discussed the problem and took notes. They finally processed it and had a technician call me back with a date. The appointment was also well done on time and was prepared.

A company that charges you for service they will not honor. I paid for their platinim care plan but they failed to tell me that my clothes dryer was covered for parts but they do not pay to install the part. I then asked for the money to cover the part to put toward a new dryer but I have to buy the dryer before they will send a check. I am on a fixed income and can not afford the whole cost. I asked to talk to a supervisor and of course none were there. This company is a bunch of crooks and should be put out of business, .
