Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I have had a previous claim with this company and am now in a 2nd . They have been curtious easy to contact and submit claims and have done what they are required to do per our contract.

The customer service representative was polite, courteous, knowledgeable detailed and thorough. He explained the service charge fee . He read all additional addendum regarding appliances. He immediately gave me claim numbers for each order and assured me a technician would respond within 48 hour. The technician responded with 30 minutes! Thank you..

This company is timely in answering calls. They are timely in getting technicians out to the home. Sometimes shipment of parts takes awhile

This is the worst company. They find any excuse not to cover things. I put in a claim about my A/C and selected the wrong drop down box because they didn't have my exact problem and now they say I have to hire someone to come prove I don't have that problem. Terrible service once again by Select Home Warranty. I would avoid them at all costs!!!
