Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Got the best team when it comes to taking care of my appliances at home. I signed up for Select’s Gold plan as I want to make sure that I have everything covered. I am not good in house maintenance as I am an office girl. I am somehow dependent with my insurance and with my warranty company. Good thing Select has people that I can call everytime I have problems with my home systems. I have even added them in my phone’s speed dial. Just a single call and I have them at my doorstep ready to help.

It has been only 2 weeks since I paid for the Policy in full for 5 years and I decided to cancel it because the policy document that they sent me after I paid in full was a surprise to me. There was huge discrepancy between what the sales representative said and what the policy document reads. Now they are giving me a hard time to process my cancellation request and give my refund. After I sent them the cancellation request through email, one representative called me and I reiterated my decision to cancel the policy and requested for full refund. I had an issue with my refrigerator and they quickly responded. There was a slight misunderstanding on when the policy was to begin and they instantly rectified it

I have referred countless family members, officemates and friends to Select as I am impressed with the service that they provide. With all the claims I have filed in the past, Select never failed to amaze me. They always go extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied with their service. I shared stories to these folks as to how Select made me feel comfortable and gave me peace of mind of not having to spend a lot of money for home repairs and replacement of appliances.

Expert and professional technicians are with Select Home Warranty! I’ve had several claims with Select for the past 5 years Ive been with them. I never even once had an issue dealing with the repair team that they send to diagnose and fix the problem. I often call them master technicians as they are very knowledgeable with what they are doing. Highly recommended.

put in a claim for my ceiling fan stopped working company denied claim said it was to old they would send me a forty dollar check if i purchase a new one and send them the receipt . made a claim about my refrigerator door will not open they denied me and said the doors are not covered i said if you can't open the doors how can you use or work on the refrigerator they again said doors are notcovered
