Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

I just started with this company. My air conditioner went out and I’m waiting for a call back to see when a tech will be at my home, I put my claim in yesterday evening. The customer service has been good. Will rate more after they settle my issue.

Unbelievably poor. I've had 3 claims in over 3 years. My garbage disposal was too old. Offered $75 if I produced bills that it was replaced. Drain blockage in kitchen sink. Not considered emergency. Finally did take care of this 7 days and 100 phone calls later. Currently leaking kitchen faucet. Four days after making claim was told not covered but would be immediately covered for $50 bump. Was told they would notify and resend tech. After a week it's 8 am and waiting for tech that I will have to pay whole bill because Select refuses to give new authorization number. Meanwhile kitchen stull out of service. On phone their Indian call center talks a good game but delivers very little on the... Read More

victor helped me out. Garbage disposals are not fixable. The company offered to send me $75 for a new one but I have to pay for the installation. That will cost me a few hundred probably. He explained that the company will repair or replace a covered item but will not pay to have it installed.

Kevin did a great job not only guiding me through all the payment options and the savings involve depending on the option... also he walked me through the coverage included in the contract. I feel very comfortable speaking with him until the contract closing. great customer service

Bruce really wanted my business. Spoke to Bruce told him I was researching and had spoken to Choice home appliance warranty. He explained Select plan and gave me the best price. $100 cheaper per year than Choice and it is locked in for 42 months. Great job Bruce!
