Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Customer centric service from their reps. I am a supervisor in a call center company and I know how and when a representative is true to what he is saying on the phone. For the past 6 years Ive been with Select, each time I call to submit a claim, I get to be assisted by these types of reps. They drive positive experience to get happy customers. I guess that is one of the reasons as to why I am loyal to them.

I am a newly grad and as a graduation gift, my brother gave me this unit. He said since I am just starting to earn money for myself I should get a plan to a warranty company to make sure I have everything covered. I then asked him if he has one he said I can search for Select Home Warranty. The reviews are great and looks like the plan coverage fits my lifestyle so I did call and signed up. Now I have just completed a claim with my ceiling fan and I am happy that they replaced it. Highly recommended.

Daniel Clark was the representative I spoke to, he did an OUT STANDING JOB!!!!! of explaining what the warranty covered and was very helpful to what was beneficial for me. He was polite, courteous , and very patient and helpful to all my questions . I was very impressed by him.
