Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Select Home Warranty is a complete scam I just recently purchased five policies with the company and my first call and claim was denied on my a/c unit because Select Home Warranty said I had a dirty air filter. I had to call back five times to get a tech to the house and they found out it was circuit board and heating kit and offered to pay $150 towards the $800 cost unless I could come up 3 years maintenance records. I had American Home Shield for 8 years and showed I had service and it would take several weeks to get the maintenance records from the vendors. This is while it has been over a 100 degrees for the past two weeks in south Texas on 7/25/2018 and my children are sweating... Read More

Adam S. answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable. He was able to get me a lower price and a lower service call fee. This is a new Home Warranty company I have never used before. However, there were many coverage options as standard coverages and a few other optional coverage options that gave me some peace of mind. The price was competitive to other home warranty plans I have compared.

The service of Select Home Warranty so far has been excellent. I have no issues, they answer their calls immediately, technicians are dispatched at a timely manner and most of all it is not as expensive as the other home warranties I checked on the market. I don’t have to worry at all no matter what time or day of the year, I know they will gladly come and help me out. Simply Excellent!

This is the only thing I can say with my home warranty: Try them first and see the difference. Once you have tried them out, I don’t even think you would want to change or even wonder where have you been all this time. Bragging about what they can do is just not my style. I like and I will stay with Select Home Warranty. You don’t have to trust me, try it yourself.
