Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

Richard Zoneenee was very helpful. I locked in my rate and got 6 free months and a huge discount by signing up for 3 years. I hope to never use my policy, but you never know. Richard was professional and polite, understanding, listened to my questions, and offered me the best deal without being pushy. I hope all the employees are as good as Richard.

I signed up for a year's warranty on my home this morning - will be selling in the near future so wanted to offer this to potential buyers once we put the house up for sale. Fred, my service advisor, was very helpful over the telephone . I am hoping this company will back up their claims (should anything break) so that everyone will buy from them !

I have just been working with select on my second claim in 4 years and both times they have just offered me a cash buy out instead of fixing the problem. What is the purpose of me paying each month then you only offer me a amount nowhere near the cost to fix or replace.
