Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

The agent was helpful in signing me up for the program I did not receive the email until after I called back in to ask about it tho but I was happy with their eagerness to assist with getting me connected with home warranty.

When my home warranty with another provider expired I went looking to find someone else. It was because their policy prices dramatically increase to almost double.  That’s when I found Select Home in the internet. I am thankful for them because filing a claim has been easier. The price is affordable and reasonable. They walked me through the process very smoothly and my questions were answered. Couldn’t be happier with Select Home Warranty. Highly recommended.

I purchased my Platinum Care plan with Select 5 years ago. I am glad that I did not encounter any major issues with them. Though there were quite few confusion in the beginning but they manage to clarify that. Over the years Select Home continue to grow and get better. I recently filed a claim for my garage door and it was handled well. I would suggest every homeowner to try Select Home Warranty. Worth your money!

Do not buy this warranty. I was having a problem with my heating unit I call Select Home Warranty I was given a number to call no one answered the phone I called them back to let them know I didn't get a answer so they called the same number they had given me and they didn't get a answer this went on for 3 months while I had no heat. Before this company so happily takes your money they do not have anyone in my area that accepts this warranty. They finally found someone to come to my home but this company explain to me they have had problems with Select Home Warranty before and do not like doing business with them because they do not like to pay. These people are horrible liars and ripoffs. First they sent a technician out and the diagnosis showed I didn’t have that coverage in place, so select talked me into adding that coverage so my problem could be fixed immediately. It’s been a month and so far 3 technicians assigned to the job refused to accept the job out of fear of not getting paid by select. So I called a technician that I knew did some work for them before only to hear that they no longer do business with select and is in the process of filing a lawsuit against them for not getting paid for work they did in the past. Select told me I need to hire my own technician and they’ll reimburse me.. Yeah I bet they will. Stay away... Read More

They such my first time calling and you have yo wait 24 hours for someone to get back to you . Disgusting my toilet has over flowed. But I have to wait 24. Hours for claim to process . really. Will get a new home warranty asap
