Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

This is my third year with Select Home Warranty.  I did not switch because there were things that other company does not have that Select Home Warranty has.  It is PROMPTNESS AND HONESTY.  In this age, getting things done at a timely manner is what matters most. We could not just sit down the whole day missing work just to wait for a repairman to come to fix it.  Thanks to their honesty, I know what to expect.

The enrollment process was quick and painless and the cost of the plan is better than others, including the service fee. The enrollment specialist was pleasant and answered my questions.

Worst service I have ever received from any company in my enture 51 years on planet Earth. That you give this company such high marks says a lot about the quality of your review. Good luck getting a contractor who knows what he's doing to come look at your problem...and it will take SHW 2-5 days to find someone to even come out. They are notoriously bad at paying their contractors, and the decent ones don't answer their calls anymore. When the drunk does show up, finally, he won't have most of what he needs to work on your problem. So it will take you another 3-5 days for the repair to happen. While you wait for that to happen, you'll fight with their phone reps and "supervisors" over... Read More
