Cancellation Policy

Select reserves the right to cancel the service contract in the event of fraudulent conduct or misrepresentations by the customer, failure to make the required payments, or upon agreement.

The customer may cancel the agreement within 30 days from the order date of the agreement and will be entitled to a full refund only if no service has been provided under the contract.

After 30 days, the customer may receive a pro-rated refund for the non-discounted annual plan cost. The customer will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, plus any service expenses incurred by Select Home Warranty.

William P, with Select, is the personnel I spoke to. He was very, very helpful and took time to explain their warranty plan. I was pleased with his communication to me and his ability to define the company and their credibility. I have not used their service just yet and hope I don't really need to, but if and when I do, I will document a review.

It took a long time to send the technician to the house, and later they told me that they could not pay to fix the issue. they offered me help with the bill if I pay for it, and I called many times and I was never able to talk to anybody.

Submitted my clam for A.C. on 5/27/2018, no tech has come yet. Have been calling every day multiple times and each time they ask for 24-48 hours to assign a tech. Did receive an email on 6/1/2018 saying that my job had been accepted. Called the sercice company they said accepted the job but was told that Select sent them an email and they are not accepting the job. It has been a week now with out A.C. in this heat. When I signed up they said that they would have a tech come to my home within 24-48 hours. The sales people are still saying that. Very misleading company. Not to be trusted. Beware!

We called for information first just to find out about it. Every question was answered with a fast respond. and an answer that we liked to hear. They were also very nice on the phone. When we called they said we could start it that day but we wouldn't have the money in our bank till the next day. They said that was no problem and they billed us for that next day.

Was doing online research between them and AHS, received phone call before I was even done comparing rates. Talked with Brad, was very skeptical at first and he answered all our questions. Brad was very personable and professional, did a very good job explaining the program. Had used AHS the past, looking forward to the relationship with Select Home Warranty
